Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you just wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, Ludy does not cover shipping costs. To request an exchange or refund on your product please contact hello@ludy.com.au
FAULTY ITEMS:
Ludy allows free returns only on items that are faulty. Items need to be returned within 21 days from purchase date. The item must be returned in its original packaging. It must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with tags in order for your returned purchase to be accepted. Ludy will require you to email your order number and name to hello@ludy.com.au along with pictures of your faulty item. Once the images are looked over Ludy will provide a shipping label which you will need to add to your package for return. Shipping labels can be printed and stuck on to the package at your own convenience or your local Australia Post can attended to this for you. Just provide the attached QR code and they will print and stick the label to your package for return. Upon the return, the item will be assessed and approved for exchange or refund. Once approved your new item will be shipped if you would like an exchange of product. Or if you are after a full refund, you will be refunded for the purchased product.
