Shipping policy

Once your order has been completed and payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email. 
Please allow 1-2 business days for you order to be fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive and email notifying you of shipment.
Estimated shipping times are 2-8 business days, from shipment, to receive your order. 
Please allow for extra packing and delivery days during new product launches and holiday seasons.  

Domestic Shipping
Ludy is currently offering flat rate STANDARD shipping via Australia Post. 

Shipping costs will depend on the product you are purchasing:

Flat rate standard shipping for grip socks $5.95

Flat rate standard shipping for The Ludy Mat 
(Per mat)

(If you would like to purchase a bulk order of 3 or more mats please contact us at hello@ludy.com.au. We will be happy to provide you with a discounted shipping rate.)

Delivery
Delivery times depend on your shipping location. All orders will be emailed a tracking number. Once you receive notice your order has been shipped please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated.

International Shipping
Ludy is not currently shipping internationally. We would love to hear from our international customers if Ludy products are something you wish you could get your hands on!
